Don't know AOL instant messenger password, and dont have access to the email account that it's linked to. HELP

I know my screen name, but not the password, and I dont remember the email account its linked to. Is there any way I can retrieve the password without knowing the email account? I've gone to the aim site with no resolve. I don't just want to make a new account either. Thanks for your help
