Why did the US Navy wins a round in whale sonar case when scientists have linked to mass die-offs of whales?
The US Navy was given a court go-ahead Friday to continue using sonar technology that scientists have linked to mass die-offs of whales.

The very thing that is killing us ALL off (at least in the realm of our country's sovereignty AND personal freedoms) --- National Security -- the very ticket that is giving the Federal government the leverage to do absolutely ANYTHNG that they choose to do -- no matter what the far reaching implications !!!
The court system has become a part of the overall problem for they have opted to be a part of the power play and forgotten their role as a seperate and independent "balance" within the overall system !! They ARE party TO the absolute madness and can no longer be trusted to unhold ANY significant "check" to the insanity that is going on !!!!
When it comes to their full scale assault on the world at large --- the US NAVY as well as the government of the USA has but one word to give
Damn the torpedos --- full speed ahead !!!
Reply:The court is appointed by the Bush administration. Do you really believe they would not disregard evidences and oppose whatever Bush tell them to do? Did they prevent the invasion of Iraq under false pretenses?

A java or c++ program to implement 50 names from an array into a stack & linked list & to write to file?
i need a program code written in java or c++ that can implement any random 50 names that have been firstly inputed into an array and then pop them into a field stack and also a linked list and then write the output into file. This is a class project and i have to submit by Tuesday. Please, anyone who can help. ASAP.
Thanks a lot.
A java or c++ program to implement 50 names from an array into a stack %26amp; linked list %26amp; to write to file?
do your own homework if you're a CS student not learning the material will eventually catch up to you. google is your friend.
try googling
"hello world in Java"
"linked lists in Java"
"stacks in Java"
"arrays in Java"
once you can implement those individually on your own the assignment will be easy as it's just combining them.
hint: in my opinion this assignment is a lot easier to do in Java...
Thanks a lot.

In case of a fresh internet connection established a) who allots it b) Is it linked to pc or its location?
In case of a fresh internet connection established a) who allots the I P address? b) Is the IP address linked to the computer or its location? c)If the compuer is shifted to a different town, will it get changed? d) How to find the ip address of a sender of a mail? E) what is the purpose of ip address?
In case of a fresh internet connection established a) who allots it b) Is it linked to pc or its location?
How IP addresses are allotted depends on the type of the user. For the purpose of this question, I am going to assume that the user with the fresh connection is an average person connecting from his/her home.
For home users, the IP addresses are allocated through the following channels in given order.
1) Internet Assigned Number Authority (IANA) assigns blocks to
2) Regional Internet Registries (RIRs) assigns sub-blocks to
3) Internet Service Provider (eg. Comcast, Verizon..etc) assigns individual IP address to
4) Home user.
The IP address assigned to the home user by the ISPs is assigned to a specific house/apt/location. Whatever machine that is connecting to the Internet from that house will have that IP address. As a result, if the computer is moved to a different town, it will have a different IP address because it will need to connect to the Internet via a different connection/IP address.
To find the IP address of the sender, you need to access "full headers" of the e-mail. The full headers basically record all the routes the e-mail took before it was delivered to your e-mail server or account. In some cases, you will not be able to find the originating IP address because it may be hidden. For example, all Gmaill e-mails are routed through a Google server. All originating IP addresses will point to a Google server and not the person who send the e-mail.
The purpose of an IP address is to allow communication between computers and devices on the Internet. It is similar to how telephone numbers allow phones to connect to each other.

Cannot log into Yahoo because I no longer pay for premium services. Yahoo account was linked to sbcglobal.net?
3 years ago I linked my yahoo to my sbcglobal.net account. I no longer pay for the sbcglobal account and in its cancellation this week it has blocked my access to my yahoo account. Yahoo is not reponding to any of my requests to regain access. They keep sending me a chain responce telling to check the help pages. Please help.
Cannot log into Yahoo because I no longer pay for premium services. Yahoo account was linked to sbcglobal.net?
Clear your cookies and Internet cache first. Remove thebc software. Reboot
You will lose the @sbcglobal.net but you can still keep the linked account. Try signing in with your old user name and password that you used for the original yahoo account. It will give you the option to transfer all your mail messages and most of your settings to your old free yahoo account. Some settings will be removed because it reverts back to the old yahoo account.
Reply:All you have to do is set up a new yahoo name (free). I don't think you can have the same yahoo name as you had before. Just make a new yahoo free screen name!

I woke up today with almost no strength in my right arm. Is that linked to my previous caffeine crash?
Okay, so yesterday I drank 2 Jolts, which led me to a caffeine crash right before I went to sleep. This morning I woke up with little strength in my right arm. Are these 2 events linked together?
I woke up today with almost no strength in my right arm. Is that linked to my previous caffeine crash?
No. Caffeine has no effect like that.
If your arm is still feeling weak, you should really see a doctor. Otherwise I'm thinking you simply slept on it wrong.
Reply:I don't know. Something similar has happened to me and my friends many times. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and I don't feel one of my arms at all. My arm was like death or something. There's nothing to worry about if you case is similar than this.

How do i transfer musc from my ipod to itunes if the ipod is linked to another itune?
the music in my ipod was downloaded from my friend's computer so its technically linked to that itunes and i find it impossible to transfer the music in my ipod to the itunes in my own computer. Is there an easy way to do this or are there programs i need to download to make this work. What's the easiest way to do it.
How do i transfer musc from my ipod to itunes if the ipod is linked to another itune?
Yes, don't use the drm plaged itunes.
There are lots of other programs that will transfer the files from your ipod to the computer without the rediculious limitations of itunes.
google for them.
Reply:you gan get tprograms called ipod mangers that do better than itunes. I reccoment floola on your computer, and put poddox on your ipod itself if you want to put on a couple of songs at a friends house
Reply:I think you must first transfer music from your ipod to your computer. There are several methods to copy from iPod to computer manually, but a much easier and quicker way to do this job is to use some 3rd party software I think.
If you are using Mac, you can try yamipod. It's free and my friend told me it can copy songs from ipod to computer.
If you are using Windows, you can try iPod Copy Expert, which I'm currently using. It can not only copy songs from iPod to any folder on your PC, but transfer playlists, ratings and play count back to your iTunes automatically.
Hope this helps!
Reply:Unfortunately there's not a way to do this without buying a software program, and iTunes won't let you do it either (as you've discovered). I broke down and bought a copy of iPod 2 iTunes and have been very happy with it... even blogged about it a little at the link below.
