Three people in my house have come down with similar stomach infections. I was just wondering if this could be linked to mold in our house, which I am fairly confident we have.

No, mold causes allergy like symptoms of sneezing; coughing; watery eyes; congestion; headaches; sinus problems; etc.
They probably have a stomach virus that they caught from one another.
Wash hands often; don;t share drinks, utensils, no touching toothbrushes,etc.
Keep kitchen %26amp; bathroom especially clean.
