How are Christianity and utilitarianism linked?

How are Christianity and utilitarianism linked?

How are Christianity and utilitarianism linked?
As in, do the ends justify the means?

This doesn't apply to Jesus Christ. Jesus is always perfectly righteous.

The Bible makes how to get into heaven clear and easy. The only way to be saved and go to heaven and not the eternal lake of fire is by believing in this life that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe this and you are saved!
Reply:Utilitarianism is the ethical doctrine that the moral worth of an action is solely determined by its contribution to overall utility.

It is thus a form of consequentialism, meaning that the moral worth of an action is determined by its outcome

In simplest terms, the ends justifies the means. This is also a form of moral relativity.

This is completely opposite Christianity where morality is not relative and the ends never justifies the means.

Christianity teaches that all the means need to be moral to achieve a moral end.

This is why Christianity condemns:

+ Abortion

+ Embryonic Stem Cell Research

+ Murder

+ Torture

+ Slavery

+ Genocide

All of which can be justified using Utilitarianism.
