I have a verified paypal account which is linked to my checking account. I connected my ebay account onto my paypal account, but everytime i place a bid the website brings me to an "activity limits" page even though i am not bidding on anything else nor have i ever.
Why can I not buy things on Ebay with my paypal account which is linked to my checking account?
You might need to upgrade your account to a business account, meaning you will have to pay a fee on incoming payments.
