Does anybody know how to make those little paper people that are linked together?

What are they called and how do you make them? I don't know what they're called but you fold a paper a certain way then you cut out the shape of a figure and it comes out like they're linked together. Still don't know what I'm talking about? Look at the Album cover for 3 days grace for their Album called One-X. They are featured there.

The trick is to fold the paper like an accordian and cut out the doll outline making sure you leave some folds (on both sides)connected:
