How do I log AIM chats on TWO linked screen names?

This question got asked twice, but NEITHER answer was sufficient.





Say I have two AIM 6.5 accounts, A and B, and they are linked, so when I log into account A, I'm in account B as well. However, chats will not log with account B. How do I change my settings so that chats log on both accounts?





There is NOT an option to select chat logging for both accounts - it seems as if when you select chat logging, it only works on the primary account, not both.





What am I missing here?

Sign in to account B directly without using the link and enable logging. Then sign out and sign in with account A and enable logging again.
