LUCK, where it comes from? Is it hidden in some part of body, relationships linked with stars, stones or deeds.

Luck, where it comes from? Some Gurus of India believe it is associated with time, linked with planet, some believe wearing of certain stones, some attribute towards worshiping God, some believe in good deeds build up your credit somehow; when you use, it provides the positive source of energy and splashes to give you positive results, then people say 'you are lucky'. Is it true? Can any one truly advise me 'how to become lucky'? What are the sources of becoming LUCKY? Is it only through any religion, any particular deeds like giving charity, feed the poor, looking after the aged, injured %26amp; handicap? Can you attract luck by wearing minerals/stones or is it you may become lucky by wearing clean expensive clothes. I am told Shah Jehan was having a marble necklace in his hand all the time called 'tasbeeh' while building Taj Mahal, once he lost it, he was arrested by his son. Does it come through rubbing your hands with certain stones or wearing it as necklace? Pl advise or any books on it

Why did you just buy a lottery ticket? Really though, we all make our all type of luck good, bad and indifferent. Some claim of certain tailsman, ritual, etc will work - I think it all a matter of your own suggestiabilty. When we put out good thoughts and good deeds they will come back to us in a positive way. Maybe you'll never win a big amount of money (like most of us who buy tickets) but, count your blessings - family, friends, home, work - that is the best luck of all.
Reply:i was also sometimes confused about luck but i am now very much clear on it. according to my own dictionary, luck means a meaningless word created by the people who have already blown out the lamp of hard work from their life and teach others to get success. if you really want to be lucky then don't try to search it even by mistake.
Reply:there's no such thing as luck, only skill or being blessed
Reply:"In my experience, there's no such thing as luck."
Reply:There is no such thing as "luck".

"Lucky" is a word created by those too lazy to go out and get what they want to describe those that actually do.
Reply:i think it is in your mind. If you want sth strong enough, you will get it so there is no luck, it is your mind
Reply:i believe that there is luck and it could be associated with destiny...there are really some things in this world that we can never control and somehow, luck and destiny has influence over them...

but there there is not really one thing that could influence, reduce or increase luck...it just really depends on instance...
Reply:Luck is an attitude of mind.

If something happens to some people they see it as bad luck, a 'lucky person' sees it as another opportunity, and realizes how it can be used for future benefit.

Even death can be looked on as good fortune, when the alternatives are considered.

Any good book on positive thinking can give you the methods to become lucky.

Reply:Try the fortune lady at your local circus. if she says ok, you're in luck!

* charity %26amp; helping the blind is fine, but if u ever give someone a wedgie, lady luck will frown upon you.

* shah jehan didnt have a lucky necklace. it was a pair of tanned cat testicles.

* clean expensive clothes are not known to bring luck. market research, however reveals that people who wear jockeys get laid more often than the ones who dont.

* if u like rubbing ur hands on things, i could suggest a few procedures that might not bring u any luck but will definitely leave u happier!
Reply:i personally think luck comes from you ,you are the key to unlocking your future just imagine you've put your mind and done everything you ever wanted look at your future then you just have to work at what you believe in and believe in yourself!!!!!!!!
Reply:If there is such a thing as luck, I'm owed a lot of back-pay.

I have a collection of several hundred 4+ leaf clovers and I never got anything for them.

Maybe I need to put them under my pillow...
Reply:I am told I am the luckiest person people have ever met. They tell me everything swings my way. That is non-sense. Luck is where opportunity and preparedness meet. I always strive to make the most of opportunities and work extremely hard to get what I want. I never say "oh, don't jinx it" because there is no such thing as a jinx. I live believing I can create my own destiny and enjoy the positives rather than focusing on the negatives. Anyone can be lucky.
Reply:according to the Urantia Book -early man lived in uncertanity and in constant fear of chance-bad luck - good luck was even feared ,as someone had to pay. bad luck = evil spirits good luck=good spirits -hence a primitive religion. evolution of the mind over time = your life is what your thoughts make it. you are the creator of your .....Luck ....or karmic experiences-choices in thought.
