I have a website that I would like to have 'selected' words linked to a dictionary or thesaurus. Help?

There are words on my website that may make it easier to understand the content if they were linked to a dictionary. I want to be able to select 'only' those words to be hyper-linked to an 'online' dictionary or thesaurus.

if you want to hand pick the words, you will need to manually go in and add the links.
